疊螺污泥脫水機適用于市政污水、食品、飲料、化工、皮革、焊材、造紙、印染、制藥等行業(yè)的污泥處理,尤其適用于處理油性含量高的污泥。
運行費用低,低速螺旋擠壓技術(shù),使得耗電量大幅度降低;設(shè)備不易堵塞,沖洗用水大幅度減少;24小時全自動無人運行,人工費用大幅度降低。
在相同處理量的情況下,疊螺機用水量僅為帶機的約1/80;疊螺機用電量僅為離心機的約1/12
連續(xù)自動運行,疊螺污泥脫水機從泵送污泥,加入藥液,排出泥餅均采用自動控制,通過電控柜,加藥裝置,進泥泵,加藥泵等進行聯(lián)動,可實現(xiàn)24小時無人運行。
Screw filter is mainly used in wastewater treatment industries, such as: municipal wastewater, waster water from food, beverage, chemical, leather, and sludge treatment in papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other industries.Especially suitable for treating sludge with high oil content.
Because of screw squeezing technology, the power consumption is very low, so that save running cost. It's difficult to be blocked, so the quantity of washing waster will be greatly decreased. It can running continuously for 24 hours, so it has feature of lowest labour cost.
Under the same situation, the water consumption is only 1/80 of the belt filter press and the power consumption is only 1/12 of the centrifuge machine.
Fully automatic running. From feeding, adding chemicals to cake discharging, all steps can be controlled automatically and can contentiously run for 24 hours.

Features
疊螺體包括若干相互疊置的固定環(huán),固定環(huán)的外周均布有多個螺桿,固定環(huán)套裝在螺桿上,螺桿上位于相鄰兩固定環(huán)之間套置有墊圈,相鄰固定環(huán)之間的間隙中還設(shè)置有游動環(huán),固定環(huán)的內(nèi)側(cè)與螺旋葉片間隙配合。工作時,游動環(huán)隨螺旋軸(主軸)的轉(zhuǎn)動而游動,墊圈使得固定環(huán)和潛動環(huán)之間始終能保持一定的間隙,避免完全堵死,具有自清作用,無需為防止消止消止消息而大量清洗,徹底減少了沖洗用水量。高效污泥擠壓技術(shù)∶為了進一步降低最終濾餅的含水率。我們采用了獨特結(jié)構(gòu)∶
一:是螺旋葉片的螺距從進泥箱向排泥箱方向上逐漸減小,同時螺旋軸靠近排泥箱一側(cè)設(shè)有一段變徑段,變徑段的直徑從進泥箱向排泥箱方向上逐漸變大。
二:是在主軸上,位于排泥箱內(nèi)設(shè)有阻混板,阻混板與脫水筒之間留有問隙。阻泥板的設(shè)置可阻擋污泥,使脫水筒內(nèi)的污泥具有一定的壓力,可將污泥中的水充分擠出,達到更好的脫水效果。
疊螺體自清洗技術(shù)
三:是煤液葉片的表面硬化處理技術(shù)在螺旋軸葉片外徑上利用低溫超音速技術(shù)進行表面噴涂硬質(zhì)材料,使表面硬度達到1000HV,附著力大于70MPa,工件變形小,減少了對螺旋軸桿片的磨損,延長了疊螺體的使用壽命。一般部件采用裁板機或者水刀切割,關(guān)鍵部件純激光下料,保證設(shè)備高精確度。
The screw body is consist of fixed rings, movable rings, screw bars, gasket and the main screw. Whileworking, the movable rings will move as a cycle around the main screw, however, the gasket ensures there have some gap between the fixed ring with the movable ring, so that avoid block torealize self-washing function, and thus greatlydecrease the consumption of washing waster. High Efficient Sludge Squeezing Technology: to greatly deceatse the final cake moisture, we adopts three special structures:
1.The screw distance is decreasing from inlet (bottom side) to outlet (top side). At the same time, the diameter of the screw is becoming bigger from inlet to outlet.
2.On the main shaft, in the cake discharging tank,there is a baffle and there is a gap between the balffle with the dewatering roller, so the ensure therewill have some pressure to the sludge. Thus it can perfectly squeeze out the water and realize best filtering performance.
3.Screw Induration Technology: On the surface ofthe screw leaf, it is processed by the induration materials, and this ensures the hardness can be 1000 HV and the adhesive force is bigger than 70 MPa, so It's difticult to cause deformation, and can have long life-span. Four filter, the normal parts are cut by cutting machine or water cutting machine, and the key parts are cut by laser to make sure the precision.
